The Stillness Ritual is a 90-minute sensory and energy alignment experience includes ASMR-inspired sensory elements!
The Stillness Ritual is a deeply grounding, one-on-one experience designed to support nervous system relaxation, energetic alignment, and embodied calm.
Each session begins with a warm cup of tea and gentle conversation to allow the body to arrive and settle. From there, you are guided into a shamanic-style journey—an inward visualization that brings the mind into a receptive, relaxed state and prepares the body for rest and regulation.
The session weaves together:
• guided imagery and breath
• subtle energy alignment techniques
• ASMR-inspired sensory elements
• optional, light, consent-based touch
Touch, when used, is gentle and grounding rather than therapeutic, and may include scalp and hair stimulation, hands and arms, and lower legs and feet—always guided by comfort, consent, and presence.
Energetic techniques such as Reiki are offered both on and off the body to support coherence, grounding, and integration.
This experience is not massage, medical treatment, or psychotherapy. It is a ceremonial relaxation and sensory ritual intended to support stillness, safety, and reconnection with the body.
