The Power of Ancestral Healing: When My Father Came In
There are moments in energy work when something deeply unexpected unfolds—something so sacred, it shifts your very foundation. One of those moments for me was when my father came in. During an energy healing session, I felt a powerful presence. It wasn’t just a guide or ancestor from afar—it was my father. His energy arrived not in the way I remembered him, but in his healed form. Strong, clear, humbled. He was showing up in support of the work I was doing—not just for myself, but for our entire lineage.
This Work Is Bigger Than You
Ancestral healing isn’t about digging up old pain for the sake of suffering. It’s about release. Liberation. Remembering. It’s about offering our ancestors the healing they couldn’t find in their lifetimes and allowing that healing to ripple both backward and forward. In that moment with my father, I felt generations behind him leaning in. Witnessing. Willing. Ready. Ready to be freed from patterns, pain, and programming. Ready to see me—the one in the bloodline who chose to awaken—as the vessel for transformation.
Healing for Generations Past and Yet to Come
When we do this work, we don’t just heal our inner child—we also heal the wounded child in our parents, grandparents, and beyond. We break cycles of shame, silence, and survival. We become the medicine. And that medicine doesn’t stop with us. Our children, even if they’ve never met the ancestors we’re healing, feel the difference. They live in a lighter field. They dream more freely. They remember more quickly who they are. Because we chose to do the work.
