The other day, I was sitting in quiet reflection, and it hit me — we are all constantly broadcasting a signal. It’s not just our words or our actions.
It’s the energy underneath. It's our frequency!!
I thought about times in my life when everything seemed to click — the right people appeared, opportunities seemed to fall into place, and even strangers were kind and helpful. And then there were seasons where nothing seemed to go right, when life felt heavy and out of sync.
The difference? The frequency I was putting out.
When we’re living from a place of authenticity — our truest self, unfiltered and unapologetic — our frequency rings clear. It’s like a beacon, calling in experiences and people who match that same vibration. But when we’re carrying unhealed wounds, old stories, or energy that isn’t really ours… the signal gets distorted.
