✧ Booking Policy for Divine Awakening Wellness Studio ✧ Welcome to Divine Awakening Wellness Studio. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies and disclaimers: ✦ Important Disclaimer: Victoria Spagnola is an Energy Alignment Coach and Certified Reiki Master, not a licensed medical doctor, psychotherapist, or mental health provider. The services offered through Divine Awakening Wellness Studio are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or need clinical support, please contact a licensed healthcare provider. Energy healing, intuitive coaching, and shamanic practices are spiritual and holistic modalities intended to support your mind-body-soul alignment, and are not meant to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. ✦ Confidentiality: All sessions are held in a sacred and confidential space. While your privacy is deeply respected, please note that these sessions are not protected under HIPAA regulations. ✦ Consent & Sovereignty: By booking, you affirm that you are participating of your own free will and take full responsibility for your personal healing journey. Any messages, energy work, or guidance received are meant for reflection and empowerment—not as absolute truth. You are the authority over your own path. ✦ Cancellations & No-Shows: • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full. • No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or forfeited. ✦ Payment: All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Payment plans are available for select offerings and must be honored once agreed upon. ✦ Minors: Sessions involving minors require written parental or guardian consent. Parent/guardian must be present for the intake process and available during the session. ✦ Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your appointment using the link provided in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly. ⸻ ✧ Thank you ✧ Your energy and time are sacred.
